Poringland Village Hall
Located centrally within the parish of Poringland this is a new initiative begun in February 2005. The aim is to reach out to all age groups who feel more comfortable with an informal service. It is led by a lay team which continues to grow in gifting and confidence. It meets at 11am on the second Sunday of each month and regularly attracts 20 - 30 people who prefer and/or support the alternative form of worship / outreach effort. We continue to be encouraged by the attendance of people and families who do not attend a church service elsewhere and this remains the main area of focus and our main challenge for the future. |
