From this area you can download various documents.
If you click on the relevant menu option in the left hand panel then you will be prompted to save the file
to your PC.
Alternatively if you right mouse click on the menu option you can then decide to save, or open the
document in the current web page or in a new web page.

If you are down loading a .PDF file then you will need Adobe Reader, which is available to download free from this Link.
