If you wish to submit an article or information for inclusion into the next month's edition
then please email it to us. (preferably as either Apple Pages [.pages] or MS Word [.doc], RTF, PDF format)
no later than the 12th of this month.
Please note, that we cannot receive MS Works or MS Publisher documents. Also please bear in mind that this is a black & white publication, coloured type and photographs will not reproduce well.
If you are unable to to submit via email then please deliver (preferabley in the form of a CD) to 1, West View, Poringland, NR14 7LW.
